a. Fuel is not included. Fuel shall be refilled by the hirer at his own costs up to the same level as that at the time of taking the rented vehicle.

b. No cash refund for early return for the payment made by card. However, the balance may be carried forward for the next visit.

c. Additional charges apply if the vehicle is returned late or returned to an alternative location not specified in the Rental Agreement.

d. The hirer is responsible for any miscellaneous damages while renting the vehicle and agrees to pay the repair cost of anything that Collision Damage Reduction does not cover.

e. Durian, animals, smoking, and fish are not allowed inside the vehicle. The hirer shall pay up to RM200.00 for cleaning charges.

f. The hirer is liable for the cost of replacing damaged or lost key or key locked in the vehicle. The fee is subject to the total cost of replacing the key or the remote.

g. The vehicle is not allowed to be driven across the Indonesian border, carry unpermitted items, or for illegal activities.

h. Prior notification and additional charges apply to cross the Sarawak border between Brunei and Sabah.

i. Additional charges apply for a long-distance drive beyond 200 km radius from Kuching. Penalty charges apply if the hirer fails to inform the lessor.

j. The hirer must contact the emergency number provided within 24 hours of any accident, mechanical breakdown, or equipment failure. A call-out fee apply for non-mechanical breakdown such as misplaced car key, forgetting to turn off the light and causing battery power to drain, etc.

Security Deposit
